Personality:
Cecilia is a true southern belle. Always polite, always acting like a lady. But Cecilia isn't a delicate as she looks, and is as tough as nails. She can care for herself and has a nasty temper. Not to mention a streak for sarcasm. Cecilia likes to be hardcore sometimes, and will get into fights then with almost anyone. But she does have the common sense the good lord gave. She attracts much attention from her male peers, but will usually give them a polite turn-down.

History:
Cecilia was born into a blue-blooded high aristocratic family. as a child, she was always an embarassment, always causing a ruckas and running around in only her petticoats. As she grew older, Cecilia gained more control over herself. At the age of 15, Cecilia somehow survived a far fall when her ex-fiance tried to push her out a window. Cecilia wanders around, always attracting attention to herself, usually unattentional... :3
